Covid Safety Measures

Nativity Puppets is dedicated to the health and safety of our volunteers and audience members. We are taking a number of precautions and adjustments to our procedures to ensure the safest possible environment for everyone in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. We ask that patrons be considerate of the safety of their fellow guests and our volunteers at all times so that everyone can have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We will continue to monitor community health data and public health and government guidance to take appropriate precautions as necessary. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, or simply do not feel well, please stay home.

Masks Recommended in Indoor Spaces
Masks are encouraged but not required inside the Church. At this time all volunteers will be required to wear masks.

Ticketing/Box Office
We encourage purchasing tickets online prior attending a performance to reduce the handling of cash or in-person transactions. Walk-up purchases will be available at our Box Office table in Founder’s Hall one-hour prior to each performance.

Social Distancing
Attendees are still encouraged to practice social distancing outside of their group. Based on updated guidelines from the Kansas City, MO Health Department and Grace & Holy Trinity Cathedral, the Nativity will open to full capacity for 2022 performances.

Volunteer Vaccinations
All members of the cast and crew are required to show proof of vaccination or negative Covid tests to help ensure the safety of all involved in this year’s production. Following CDC guidelines and for the safety of all, we encourage patrons to receive the vaccine as well.

By attending a Nativity performance, you agree to follow city ordinances and additional health and security precautions. You may be asked to leave without refund if you do not adhere to these precautions. By attending a performance, you and your party acknowledge that you are taking on the risk of contracting Covid-19 and cannot hold Nativity Puppets liable for diagnoses following the event.
